We are proud to offer special extended stay rates for those attending the Gateway Dent Training Center with Mike Sewald. The special rates quoted below will apply to the rooms that have one or two double beds. Other room types are considered upgrades – please contact C. Jason Alexander (contact info below) directly for an extended stay rate on these.

Here is what is included with your room:

• Microwave and refrigerator
• Breakfast daily: biscuits & gravy, Eggo Waffles, hard boiled eggs, bagels, toast, English muffins, variety of instant oatmeal, variety of cold cereals, orange & apple juice.
• Lobby is open 24/7 with coffee, hot tea, and cocoa. Also a computer w/internet is available for guest use.
• Movie theatre style popcorn each evening in the lobby
• 24 hour staff
• On-site guest laundry facilities
• 60+ channels cable tv
• Wifi (up to 20mg download/3mg upload)

Rates:

• Nightly Rates:
  • 1 person – $64
  • 2 people – $69

• Weekly Rates 
  • 1 person – $59 / night
  • 2 people – $64 / night $64
  • This rate applies when you pay at least 5 days up front. 
  • This rate is good for the remainder of your stay.

• MONTHLY RATES:
  • 1 or 2 people – $1,498
  • This rate applies when you pay all at check in.
  • After the first 28 days, the daily rate of $53.50 per day applies.

** Sales Tax: 8.975% sales tax applies to any stays less than 28 days.

Maid Service:

Nightly and weekday rates get full daily maid service. Weekly and monthly rates get: Full maid service 2x’s per week, the other days you get clean towels, trash removal, and vacuum. Additional maid service is always available by request.
